Chicago Gourmet Success!
Cité Restaurant was proud to be a part of this year’s Chicago Gourmet, presented by Bon Appetit Magazine on Sunday, September 28th, 2014. Recently, Cité was named by Conde Nast Traveler as one of the top ten restaurants in the world with “brilliant food and even better views”. Our award-winning Chef, Oscar Ornelas prepared over 1,500 tastings of Burgundy Escargot with Puffy Pastry, Chives, Garlic Butter and Cognac Sauce that awed visitors.
Located at Millennium Park, Chicago Gourmet showcased over 150 restaurants from all across Chicago and beyond on September 27th and 28th. World renowned Chef’s, Wine Makers, and Sommeliers participated in live cooking demonstrations, gourmet tastings, and book signings.
