A new year means all new flavors at Cité. Talented Culinary Director, Martial Noguier has fashioned a collection of dishes, highlighting the use of seasonal ingredients.

The menu features refreshing starters from Lump Crab Salad with Watermelon Radishes, Avocado and Lemon Honey Vinaigrette to hot Butternut Squash Lobster Bisque and classic French Onion.

Menu entrées include Filet Mignon Au Poivre with a creamy Onion Soubise, Caramelized Brussel Sprouts, bits of Bacon and Cognac Sauce drizzled on top to Butter Poached Maine Lobster and Faroe Island Salmon with Truffle Oil, Porcini Mushrooms and Leek Puree to satisfy the soul.

If you love heavy, yet thin marbling for the ultimate, mouthwatering flavor and texture then our 12 oz Wagyu New York Strip with Gratin Dauphinois, Haricot Vert and a Ginger Balsamic Reduction will win you over. Favorites such as Rack of Lamb, Cervena Striploin Venison, Dutch Valley Veal Chop and Maple Leaf Duck Breast are also available.

Save room for dessert and share a flaming Bananas Foster, served tableside! Are you a chocolate lover? If so, a playful Chocolate Fondue with Seasonal Fruit, Marshmallows and Banana Bread for dipping will be perfect for a table of two.
