Executive Chef

During his well-known career in the Chicago upscale restaurant scene, Executive Chef Oscar Ornelas has worked along side some of the most prominent chefs in the world, including Chef Claude Bernard of France. Chef Oscar has perfected many of Cité’s signature dishes such as Rack of Lamb, Poppy Seed Encrusted Tuna and Chateaubriand.
