Valentine’s Day is the perfect opportunity to let that ‘special someone’ and those close to your heart know how you feel. Here at Cité, we’d like to ask you to be our Valentine this year because you are special to us!

~ First Course ~
Oysters & Caviar are a traditionally romantic start to an incredible meal. You will enjoy American Sturgeon Caviar and a spicy Mignonette Sauce to kick off the evening.
~Appetizer~
For your appetizer, choose from scallops with a sweet Vermouth Buerre Rouge or a creamy polenta, Foie Gras with kumquat marmalade, pistachios, brioche, and a balsamic glaze, or delicious Steak Tartare with egg yolks, capers and Worcestershire mayonnaise.
~Soup or Salad ~
Choose from a soup or salad. Our salad consists of Cité’s signature greens with goat cheese, toasted hazelnuts, red wine poached pears, and a delicious cherry vinaigrette. If soup is more to your liking, enjoy an elegant Lobster Bisque with fresh crab meat, chives and a puff pastry.
~Intermezzo~
For a delightfully refreshing Intermezzo, you’ll enjoy our Passion Fruit Sorbet, sure to cleanse your palate and whet your appetite for the incredible main course.
~ Main Course~
For your inspired main course, you will be given five delicious selections to choose from:
*Chateaubriand for Two with Pomme Puree, asparagus, and a rich Béarnaise Sauce is ideal for sharing with that special someone in your life.
*Our elegantly refined Filet Mignon features truffle butter, asparagus tips, and potato gratin.
*Our chef’s specially prepared Pan Seared Salmon with quinoa, Brussels sprouts and Champagne Beurre Blanc may just hit the spot.
*Roasted Amish Chicken with Mushroom Duxelle Risotto and truffle oil is deliciously tantalizing.
*What better main course to offer on Valentine’s Day than our succulent Butter Poached Lobster with baby carrots, pearl onions and a delicious carrot puree?
~ Dessert ~
For the romantic Pièce de résistance, no Valentine’s Day menu should be without an incredible selection of tempting deserts.
*Our Swiss Chocolate Fondue for Two features strawberries, banana bread, marshmallows, pineapple, and kiwi for a deliciously romantic combination.
*Indulge in the rich, chocolaty delight of our Chocolate Macchiato, chocolate cake with a creamy caramel mousse and espresso ice cream.
*Our Drunken Berries are smothered in Grand Marnier and served in a delightfully delicious chocolate tulip cup.
*No dessert menu is complete without a deliciously rich and dreamy Crème Brûlée served with berries.
